Provides personal secretarial, clerical, and administrative support services such as preparing correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and conducting special projects as assigned.

Performs office management functions such as directing work of clerical support staff, purchasing standard supplies, and performing routine bookkeeping and billing functions. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Composes and types a wide variety of correspondence and prepares forms, tables, charts, records, schedules, etc., which are often confidential in nature. Supervises work activities of clerical support staff. Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls for department.Develops, maintains and revises record-keeping and filing systems and classifies, sorts and files correspondence, articles, records and other documents.

-Associate's Degree in Secretarial Science or equivalent.
-Minimum of five years related experience.
-Typing skills 55+ WPM.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
-PC proficient with knowledge of Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
